1. Shipping Destinations

Allenburgh ships exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

We currently do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote areas unless explicitly confirmed at checkout.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Processing and dispatch occur Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once processed, orders are dispatched from our logistics partners.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 AM (UTC+00:00 – Greenwich Mean Time) are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this cut-off time are considered as received on the next business day.

The cut-off time applies Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

After dispatch, delivery times within the United Kingdom are estimated as follows:

  • Delivery time: 1 to 9 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 2 to 10 business days

These delivery times are indicative estimates and may vary slightly depending on logistics conditions.


4. Shipping Method & Delivery Conditions

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected based on logistics optimization.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deliveries are made to the doorstep only

  • Installation, assembly, or indoor placement is not included

  • Items from the same order may be shipped separately at no additional cost


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and volume

  • Delivery address

Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For UK deliveries, prices displayed at checkout include applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

Allenburgh is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier inspections.


7. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

In case of visible damage:

  • Note clear reservations with the carrier

  • Take photos of the package and item

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Absence of the recipient

Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
